POMONA, Calif. (November 13, 2016) – It was an overall great raceday for the PSE/Star Racing team of Cory Reed and Angelle Sampey. Sampey went all the way to the finals but unfortunately, Reed came up short in the first round.
In the first round, No. 13 Reed faced up against No. 4 Andrew Hines. Reed clocked in with an uncharacteristic 7.152-second pass at 188.10 mph; Hines’ 6.880, 194.52 advanced to the next round.

POMONA, Calif. (November 12, 2016) – Marathon Petroleum/J&J Racing Dodge Dart Pro Stock driver Allen Johnson qualified No. 10 after four rounds of qualifying at the 52nd annual Auto Club NHRA Finals.
